摘要
We demonstrate high-speed operation of a hybrid modulation laser. The intra-cavity loss modulation (ICLM) section, which acts as an external cavity, enables the photon-photon resonance (PPR) effect to be introduced to the laser. We confirm that the modulation bandwidth of the hybrid modulation laser was able to be broadened to more than 66 GHz.
