Research on Coal Mine Safety Supervision Efficiency in China based on multi-agent modeling and simulation method

摘要
Safety supervisors play an important role in the coal mine safety management. However, "Job Burnout" has become common among them, which not only takes a toll on their own health, but reduces the efficiency of coal mine safety management. In this paper, the interaction process among safety supervisors, kinds of active subjects and system environment in the coal-mine production was stimulated by using Agent-based Modeling. and Simulation (ABMS). Simulated results show that supervisory power, decision-makers' support, functional departments and organizational culture have impact on core characteristic and size of safety supervisors job burnout's'. Technology progress, government regulations and the guidance of social value orientation can change work situations and relieve the widespread job burnout with obvious group characteristics. But more effective approach now is to promote all principals' responsible autonomy through system innovation from enterprise level.
