摘要
The logistics center programming is a complicated system engineering, not only belong to logistics engineering speciality range of research, but also it is a compound subject at the same time, will involve to many subject realms while make a programming. In this text we'll study a very important point in the logistics center programming, namely imports or exports station operation quantity question, in order to make certain the throughput of distribution center, then make sure that the construction scale of the logistics center provides basis. For example, a logistics center programming, in Langfang City programming, will enter the amount of logistics center logistics operations predicted with the Volume name, in the social and economic development in Langfang City, on the basis of dynamic analysis using the strength index, elastic coefficient method and capacity traffic analysis, the characteristics of future freight traffic on highways and the Langfang Development Zone, highway freight volume forecast, then calculate the Volume of a logistics center.
