摘要
Here we report development of a magnetic nanoparticles based immunosensor chip comprising of specially designed circular microchannel and embedded miniature permanent magnet. The present process of fabrication allows a rapid and reliable tool to create microchannels with ease and at a low cost. The chip permits easy in-flow capture of bacteria, their visual detection and quantification as demonstrated by Escherichia coli detection. Such a technique enhances capture efficiency and makes quantification of captured antigens simple. (C) 2013 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
