摘要
The quality of pantograph current collection has become one of the key technologies of railway vehicle. There are many kinds of methods for its research. Compared with the research of testing system, the computer simulation lacks authenticity and the actual testing lacks viability. Therefore, the testing system which includes six modules is designed based on virtual instrument. The DAQ measurement and control system which are composed of multi-function data acquisition card and IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) are adopted. Their function of the system is to control movement and collect performance parameter on the testing system. Combined LabVIEW software to design control program, this system can imitate a variety of operating conditions and detect the feature parameters in real time. Now most of the researches are still in the stage of using software simulation at home and abroad. So the establishment of the testing system can better provide a platform for the research of pantograph and better combine theory and practice.
