摘要：

The renal pelves are visualized on hepatobiliary/scans with Tc-99m dimethyl-iminodiacetate (Tc-99m HIDA). Urinary excretion of Tc-99m-N- pyridoxyl-5-methyltryptophan (Tc-99m PMT) is very low compared to Tc-99m HIDA. However, the renal pelves may occasionally be seen on hepatobiliary imaging with Tc-99m PMT. This may be confused with a functioning gall bladder.
