Currently, illegal accounting profession is more serious, and the situation is relatively grim, so the accounting profession in China should establish and improve the supervision mechanism as soon as possible. By the Code of Conduct and mandatory accounting management, it can effectively guarantee funds to maximize benefits. Only through the specification of the accounting internal oversight mechanism, our future financial and accounting career could go out a new road in the line of China's development roads.
