摘要
The Highly Elliptical Orbit (HEO) satellites provide communication service at high latitudes, and they can make up for the lack of blind spot covered by geosynchronous orbit (GEO) satellites. By equipped the Ka band multi beam phased array antenna payload, the HEO satellite can provide full-time medium and high speed data transmission for the Arctic air, the Artic research vessel, the satellite ground stations, and all kind of users in North America.
