摘要
The set pair evaluation method of surface warship formation operational capability has been proposed based on the set pair analysis theory. The basic ideas and steps of the set pair evaluation method are discussed. Compared with other evaluation methods, the set pair evaluation method is clear in concept, simple to calculate and convenient to operation. Combined with one example, this method is applied. The result shows that the set pair evaluation is a reliable and effective method.
