摘要
We demonstrate the valley-polarized photoluminescence of exciton-polaritons in monolayer MoS2 embedded in a dielectric microcavity using near-resonant excitation. The results are described by a model incorporating cavity-modified relaxation dynamics of coherent valley-specific exciton-polaritons.
