摘要：

With the integration of China into the world economy, the construction industry is becoming more global. Lean construction theory as the more advanced construction industry management concepts in the application of China' s construction industry is largely confined to certain aspects, large-scale systemic application is still some distance. In this paper, Combined with the theory of lean construction, the system introduces and analyzes the lean construction on the construction of Universal Studios Singapore by MCC group, and to explore the application of lean construction in the field of construction engineering.
