摘要
A terahertz polarization converter composed of graphene patch is demonstrated. It can convert circularly polarized wave to linearly polarized wave from 4.6THz to 5.6 THz with a, transmission intetisity more than 40%. The effect of the geometry an the transmitted circularly polarized waves is investigated. This periodic structure is then used in double layer structure to realize a polarization converter with twice the bandwidth compared with the single layer design. This offers a further step in developing ultrathin teraliertz polarization components.
