摘要
Based on the analysis of three levels of organizational learning, the authors study the relationship between organizational learning and sustainable competition advantage(SCA). With an empirical investigation of 117 enterprises' sample in Hubei Province, several research hypotheses are tested. ne results show that the three levels of organizational learning have positive direct impacts on firm's SCA, but the interactions between individual learning and group learning, group learning and organization learning, individual learning and organization learning don't have positive direct impacts on firm's SCA.
