摘要：

We fabricated planar and cylindrical waveguides in transparent dielectrics by using ultrafast Bessel beams instead of commonly used Gaussian beams. Excellent quality waveguides with low losses were produced by focusing millijoule femtosecond pulses with axicons. (C)2008 Optical Society of America
