STUDY ON INTEGRATED COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT BASED ON CONCURRENT ENGINEERING

Compared with traditional mode, the project management on Concurrent Engineering has many features, such as the large amount of information, more complex organizational interfaces, and more frequent conflicts and so on. In this paper, reengineerirg model of process and information was firstly established according to Concurrent Engineering theory. And matrix structure and technical support system are constructed. Finally, the integrated framework of communication management is established as the core of the project manager. The initial studies will enrich the theoretical system of project communication; also provide a sound basis for the smooth implementation of Concurrent Engineering.
