摘要：

The paper researches the developing situation and the problems of the credit risk management in china. By summarizing the foreign experience and applying the common regulations in the finical field and considering the Chinese situation, we analyze the significance and the function and the relevant contents of the credit risk management in the high-tech venture capital in China.
