摘要
College network space is a hub for college students to propose questions, vent emotions and express views. College student network public opinion can reflect psychology, attitudes and needs of college students truly. Comprehension of network public opinion characteristics of college students has important significance for schools to control network public opinion, ensure campus security and stability and improve student service quality and efficiency. In the paper, network public opinion key elements of college students are decomposed. On the basis, students in Beihang University are selected as respondents. Questionnaire is designed for investigation in the aspects of public opinion object characteristics, carrier characteristics and subject characteristics. Network public opinion characteristics of the college students are analyzed comprehensively. More valuable opinions are obtained from the aspects of hot issues concerned by college students, network platform with the most frequent use, processing mode of network information, etc. Prevention and control suggestions for network public opinions of college students are proposed in a targeted mode.
