摘要
Process improvement is an essential facet of software engineering. Yet, its abstract nature makes traditional lecturing on this topic very challenging. CutIT is a simple and short but effective game which helps improving students' understanding towards process improvement while provides additional experiences on quality, team working and project management. The game requires basic equipments and minimal preparation.
