Separation of chaotic signals in the presence of noise

摘要
The problem of separating chaotic signals is considered. A separation method based on the backward iteration of maps that describe the chaotic sources is proposed. The method features an exponential convergence. The separation algorithm is studied as a function of a number of chaotic sources that arc separated and of the additive white noise in the channel. A threshold effect with respect to the noise level is found and theoretically estimated.
