摘要：

Efficiency evaluation index system should be proposed because which is important for more efficient operation of smart distribution grid. The status of distribution network and the challenges of smart distribution grid are analyzed in this paper. The construction ideas of efficiency evaluation index system are proposed. On this basis, the criteria layer, the performance layer and the application layer of efficiency evaluation index system are proposed based on system analysis theory combination with AHP method. Theoretical basis for construction evaluation index are elaborated in this paper.
