摘要
Tin dioxide (SnO2) cauliflower arrays were successfully fabricated using a hydrothermal method with high yield. The product was characterized by X-ray diffraction and field-emission scanning electron Microscopy (FESEM). The results show that the products have a cauliflower like morphology with size around 1 mu m. Room temperature photoluminescence (PL) and Raman spectra were carried out to investigate their optical and defect related properties. The presence of a band at 567 cm(-1) in Raman spectra arises from surface related defects. PL study reveals the presence of oxygen vacancies and tin interstitials defects.
