摘要
Shifting care from hospital to ambulatory settings with equivalent quality of care and security increases the need of microtechnologies and biosensors. However, an efficient spreading of micro-medical devices requires to consider not only technical aspects but also human factors. So we build a representative bench allowing to operate a set of variables from sensor to data management including material, ergonomic and user parameters. We expect to realize a demonstrator (remote healthcare device and instrumentation) based on client-server architecture considering three restrictive points regarding the diffusion of medical devices in transferring care from institutions to home: -CE marking: object-oriented instrumentation (inheritance) facilitates the study of effectiveness and not only efficacy considering user parameters and patient compliance; - medical device vigilance: client-server naturally goes with principles of reporting, warning and notification as long as following standard protocols. - training and assistance agents deployed on higher level presentation layer managing guidelines and control process of ambulatory medical devices in accordance with healthcare network models.
