摘要
XF group, as the biggest immigration and relocation enterprise in three gorges reservoir area, is the biggest and world-known fine phosphorus chemical enterprise in China. In the group, there is a listed company and more than 70 subsidiaries, with more than 70 leading products in technical grade, food grade, pharmaceutical grade and electron level. The annual productivity reaches 1.5 million tons and fine products accounts for 70%. XF group is the biggest foreign exchange-earning enterprise in the local prefecture-level city. 60% leading products export to more than 30 countries and regions like Asia, Europe, America and Africa etc. It has established a strategic cooperative relations with the Fortune 500 enterprises such as P&G, Dow Chemical and Unilever. As a giant with a good many products produced and lots of raw materials and various chemical resources in need, the logistics system of XF group is the lifeblood connecting each production nodes. Whether it is smooth and efficient or not will directly influence the proper functioning of production, marketing and trading of the group company. Through a deep investigation and research of logistics nodes of each logistics system of XF group, this paper begins with an empirical study of logistics, procurement and storage system of XF group, to analyze the develop strategy and planning of logistics system management and offer a practical reference to the layout of procurement, storage and logistics system of analogous manufacturing and outward-looking enterprises.
