摘要
Tetragonal PZT ceramics were investigated regarding poling characteristics. When the poling field was varied, minimum dielectric constants, minimum electromechanical coupling coefficients and maximum frequency constants were obtained at the same poling fields. The ferroelectric domain rotations could be estimated by the hysteresis loops of dielectric and piezoelectric constants versus poling fields.
