摘要
Technology innovation (TI) management is very important for improving innovation performance of R&D teams in enterprises. As the technology innovation system is akin to evolving ecosystem, the fitness landscape theory can effectively describe the status of technology innovation management (TIM) based on NK model. Through the empirical investigation into R&D teams of some enterprises located in Shandong province, the interactions and coupling relations among impact factors on fitness of TIM are discussed, the roles on the improving the innovation performance played by the fitness landscape theory and NK model are analyzed.
