摘要
Linear array CCD has been widely used in non-contact photoelectric detection system, and the design of its driving circuit is one of the key technologies of the detection system. A high-speed data acquisition system of linear array CCD based on FPGA as the main controller and FT245RL as the USB interface chip is proposed. Firstly, based on the timing analysis of linear array CCD, using Verilog Hardware Description Language, the interface timing logic control circuit of linear array CCD driver, ADC and USB is designed. The functions of collecting 3648 pixels at a rate of 10 frames per second and uploading transient spectral information to PC for storage and display through USB2.0 interface are realized. It can provide a technical reference for CCD data acquisition system with similar requirements. (C) 2020 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.
