摘要
A double origin of UV emissions in the thermostimulated luminescence (TSL) of CaSO4: Dy is discussed: Tm traces and/or lattice emission (SO4 groups). Two types of crystals are compared: a commercial dosimetric powder and our synthesized samples. The effects of the Dy concentration and the Dy/Tm codoping are studied.
