摘要
Engineering spirit is the key of engineering activities, whose main connotation includes five aspects: practice with originality, rational freedom, multi-dimensional thinking, kind heartedness and firm belief. As it is related to students' moral as well as emotion, and crucial to China's engineering education reform, the training is without question of great value. This paper mainly proposed 4 effective measures such as cultivating correct view of knowledge, strengthening engineering practice, training through the "Excellent engineer training project", applying new training methods.
