摘要
In this study, we put our emphasis on the evaluation of intraband absorption coefficient assisted by longitudinal optical and acoustic phonons in visible and near infrared bands in semiconductors for arbitrary concentrations of photo-induced free carriers. Frequency and temperature dependencies of the intraband absorption coefficient are presented for the crystals with the typical A(2)B(6) band structure and vibrational subsystem.
