摘要：

It is very important to adapt the strategic adjustment of economic structural and higher engineering education reform nowadays. According to CDIO engineering education mode and ability syllabus, this paper puts forward reform measures for cultivating the innovation ability of students under the T+I CDIO mode. By reforming course system of engineering, practice courses have been enhanced and school teaching m ethod has been innovated. Besides, on the base of pursing school-enterprise cooperation, the practical links have been strengthed. Graduation project and assessment methods have been improved. By strengthing the quality of teaching staff, the students' comprehensive quality has been raised and it's much hopeful to cultivate more excellence engineers in the future.
