摘要
The aim of this study is an estimation of the effects of a matrix imperfection (modelled by a cylindrical cavity) and of the fibre-matrix adhesion on local stability of fibrous composites (stability of separate fibres) under compression by means of a semi- analytical-numerical procedure. The investigation is carried out within the framework of a linearized problem formulation. Convergence of the method is proved both analytically and numerically.
