Physical properties of TiAl-base alloys

摘要
The physical properties of TiAl alloys were studied and compared with that of currently used high temperature materials. TiAl exhibits lower thermal expansion, higher specific stiffness and higher specific heat. The thermal conductivity of TiAl is comparable to that of superalloys and steels and higher than that of Ti-6Al-4V. (C) 2001 Acta Materialia Inc. Published by Elsevier Science Ltd.
