Design and implementation of project management system based on J2EE

Very year, the Chinese Construction Bank has a lot of projects to implement, so the Chinese Construction Bank wants a project management system to supervise projects more efficiently. in response to the goal of the project management system of the Chinese Construction Bank, the paper designs a creative plan for the system, which includes all the processes and modules of project management, in according with the managing method of information technology projects of the Chinese Construction Bank. The system is a distributed system and could manage distributed projects. In addition, the paper builds a developing platform based on J2EE to develop the system, which combines Tapestry, spring and Hibernate, except some public modules and basic businesses. The platform is reusable and can be applied to other similar systems. The developing platform improves RMI and solves the problem of repetitive transmissions of objects. With the improved RMI, the system will respond more quickly and users can manage projects more efficiently.
