摘要
In the industrial production process, temperature control is often very critical. However, in industrial production temperature control systems, there are often characteristics such as multiple disturbances, large inertia, large delay, and nonlinearity, which will make the system temperature difficult to control quickly and accurately. Based on this, this topic takes the air source heat pump as the research object to study the temperature control of the air source heat pump insulation water tank. According to the established mathematical model, design its generalized predictive controller, fuzzy controller, and digital PID controller, which is based on Matlab. The simulation is performed to compare the results of the three control methods. The simulation results show that the generalized predictive controller has high temperature control accuracy and good real-time performance, which is more suitable for the control of the system.
