摘要
In the process of business logistics outsourcing, there are a lot of uncertain factors which may cause all kinds of potential risks and impact the realization of corporate decision-making goals. According to the uncertain factors, the paper proposed an assessment model of logistics outsourcing risk based on rough set theory. The model used Johnson Reducer algorithm to reduce the initial decision table and, through calculating the importance of the attributes in the reduced decision table, identified the weight coefficients of various risk indicators, effectively overcoming the subjectivity of weight coefficient determination in the current assessment models. In the same time, the paper assessed the logistics outsourcing risk of six enterprises in Handan and the results were in line with the actual results, which verified the validity of the proposed assessment model.
