摘要：
In this paper, the history of MIS development in China is reviewed, Then the differences in achievements of MIS are compared, which concern academic and practical about risk management of software project between China and foreign countries. Based on the above, finally a viewpoint is put forward that the serious research in social, technical and economic risk is a key prerequisite to promote software project successful rate in China.
