摘要
Decision making is a ubiquitous activity inherent to the behavior of individuals, organizations, and society. Command Control (C2) system is a complex man - machine system because its decision making depends upon persons and their mutual collaborations. How to design and validate collaboration decision making is one of the most difficult problems on C2 system. In this paper, three - stage approach was presented to studied the collaboration decision making design. Firstly, the process of information obtaining and decision making were described, collaboration decision making indexes and regulation models were established. And then, we designed an experiment circumstance and let decision maker carried out some decision regulations for measuring various decision - maker's parameters such as the workload capability, response time and so on. Ultimately, the parameters would be returned to original models for validating the decision making design and regulations. As a result, it was feasible that three - stage approach to design collaboration decision making. The decision regulations could satisfy various decision - maker requirements in C2 system.
