摘要
Nowadays, facing the great changes of the enterprises in the world, the experts in the business and theory fields are seeking for more effective management style, thus substantially improving the organizational performance. Through the synthesis of literature, we find that the leaders' leadership style and Leader-Member Exchange theory have a significant influence on improving organizational performance and speeding up the development of the enterprise. And the theorists have reached a consensus that the high quality leader-member exchange relations also contribute to improving organizational performance([1]). With rapid economic development in the mainland, the domestic Leader-Member Exchange Relations has also increasingly become the focal point which the scholar inside and outside craves. Based on the literature, this thesis focuses on the relationship among LMX, transformational leadership and organizational performance; also, this thesis elaborates the mechanism and relationship between LMX and transformational leadership to improve the organizational performance, and will enhance the performance of enterprises with reference.
