New inorganic ligand μ3-[SbO(H2O)2]3- in tetrahedral mixed-ligand rhenium cluster complexes K5[{Re4Q3[SbO(H2O)2]}(CN)12] (Q = S, Se)

摘要
The mixed-ligand cluster complexes of the composition K-5[{Re4S3[SbO(H2O)(2)]}-(CN)(12)]center dot 8H(2)O (1) and K-5[{Re4Se3[SbO(H2O)(2)]}(CN)(12)] center dot 3H(2)O (2) bearing the new inorganic ligand mu(3)-[SbO(H2O)(2)](3-) were synthesized by the high-temperature reactions of ReI3 with Sb, S, or Se and KCN followed by the recrystallization of the soluble products from water. The structures of the new compounds were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. Using mass spectrometry data, it was found that the mu(3)-[SbO(H2O)(2)](3-) ligand is deprotonated stibine oxide, which is additionally coordinated by two water molecules.
