摘要
With the increase of software implement in industrial area, the management of industrial software engineering becomes an important issue. Traditional development approach is facing problems of productivity, knowledge fragment, marginalization of human and organizational factors. Agile method is a group of method more adaptive than predictive and more people-oriented than process-oriented. It is meaningful to introduce agile methodology into industrial software engineering. The strategy of balancing agility and discipline' should be employed to assess the suitability.
