Family health history

United States Surgeon General Richard Carmona, has unveiled an updated web-based tool for organizing family health information. The tool called My Family Health Portrait, arranges information into a printout that patients can take to health care professionals to help determine risks for various conditions and diseases. The new tool was designed to make the process of gathering thorough family health information more efficient.
