摘要
As an important part of Knowledge Management (KM) the KM performance evaluation tries to find out the key factors restraining the enhancement of the enterprises' performance. This paper will analyze the application of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method in corporative knowledge management. Then a simple but applicable performance evaluation model based on the BSC will be introduced. Finally the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to evaluate the model effectiveness.
