摘要
China's Generation Y, the future leader and backbone of the China's workforce, is a generation of approximately 204 million people born between 1980 and 1989. Growing up in the age of economic boom, technology development, educational availability and under the special care of parents, China's Gen Y illuminates important questions not only about China's future but also those of the United States and the global economy, yet even after The Reform Era in China, little is known about China's Generation Y. In this article, China's Generation Y workforce will be identified, their characteristics, challenges to the present management be analyzed, the management techniques for bring out the Best in Generation Y be suggested.
