摘要
This paper will briefly introduce the basic concept and general process of TRL evaluation methods, and take U. S. defence procurement project as an example to study the levels of organizational structure of foreign TRL evaluation, and then summarize the characteristics of the implementation of TRL evaluation method, as well elaborate the application of TRL evaluation and its feasibility of application in defence equipment development in China.
