摘要
The scientific study deals with using artificial intelligence, respectively the expert system in the operative management of industrial production. The neuronal approach of the managerial activity in production is used as methodology. In order to achieve its purpose, it is necessary to adapt the theory of expert systems to the requirements of obtaining industrial production. The originality of the research consists in applying the theory of artificial intelligence for the operative management in founding departments. The expert system represents a major component of artificial intelligence, by means of which the knowledge of some experts in that domain are stored and, by means of a declarative approach, can be then dynamically exploited by an artificial mechanism, simulator of natural rationing triggered at the level of the human brain [1].
