摘要
This paper presents, a low-noise, low-power transimpedance amplifier (TIA) for amperiometric based blood glucose monitoring system for wearable devices. The proposed cascode common source multi-stage transimpedance amplifier circuit is implemented in a 180nm CMOS process. The TIA shows a transimpedance gain of 145M Omega and input referred current noise is 27.4fA/root Hz at 50kHz. When the input current is 5nA and the total power consumption is 110uW from 1V supply.
