摘要
Social responsibility has become a key business principle in many enterprises these days. The support of these principles and procedures enables enterprises to be more innovative, productive and competitive. The objective of our article is to identify and describe the main areas of social responsibility related with people and society in concrete Slovak automotive company that can generate social, economic but also environmental consequences. Furthermore, it is discussed of better integration of corporate social responsibility of enterprises into specific activities focused on activities of employees.
