摘要
Dependence of oxygen nonstoichiometry in superconducting oxides, such as BaPb(1-x)BixO(3-delta), La2-xSrxCuO4 +/- delta, Ba2YCu3O7-delta and Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+delta, on temperature and oxygen partial pressure is reviewed. Nonstoichiometry data, which the author regards as the most reliable from the viewpoint of thermodynamics, crystal structure and electrical property, are presented.
