摘要
Through the 1058 rural households' questionnaire survey in 16 villages of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Anhui Provinces, it is discovered that the profit rate of cash crops is higher than that of food crops with the development of agricultural market economy. On the basis of quantitative analysis and expanded CD model test, the input behavior of production factors and the sale behavior of agricultural products bring remarkable influences on rural households' land output benefits. The households prefer to increase the input of material goods in order to obtain the higher output of agricultural land, which is mainly composed of seed, pesticide and fertilizer. Labor forces and mechanical inputs change with rural households' non-agricultural situations, and the sale behaviors of agricultural products have the positive stimulation to enlarge the land output value. The effect of sale's price is most important to different agricultural products. The influence of the sale rate and sale cost on the agricultural products of market sale orientation is more significant than that of self-supply. Taking other factors into consideration, such as rural households' education and income structure, which have obvious effects on land output value.
