摘要
It is difficult to use a simple evaluation method of quantitative evaluation of coal mine safety culture in the construction of the high and low levels of this issue. In this paper, I establish safety culture in coal mine evaluation factor set on the basis of the current situation of the safety culture assessment factor at home and abroad. I build evaluation model with the help of the two indicators of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Based on survey results, I have achieved qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of Safety Culture low and high level construction.
